By downloading, accessing or using Signal Sense: Decode (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Signal Sense: Decode provides AI-assisted analysis based on the Coherent Signal Alignment Framework. The App is designed to help users organise observations, recognise patterns, explore multiple perspectives and improve understanding of complex situations.

The App is intended as an educational and analytical tool and should not be relied upon as professional legal, financial, medical or mental health advice.

3. User Responsibility

Users remain solely responsible for any decisions made using information provided by the App.

The App is intended to support critical thinking and structured analysis rather than predict outcomes or guarantee results.

4. Subscriptions

Some features require an auto-renewable subscription.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

No refunds are provided except where required by Apple’s policies or applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the App.
• Copy, reverse engineer or redistribute any part of the App without permission.
