These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Signal Sense mobile application (“Signal Sense”, “the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using Signal Sense, you agree to these Terms.

Subscription Terms

Signal Sense may offer auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features and analysis tools.

Subscription details, including:

• subscription title
• pricing
• billing period
• and available features

are displayed within the App before purchase.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse the App
• interfere with app functionality or security
